What we collect

Your interview answers (budget, city, usage, fuel preference, monthly running, free-text notes), saved cars, app settings (theme, haptics), and purchase status. If you sign in: your phone number or Google account email. Nothing else.

What we do NOT collect

No location tracking, no contacts, no advertising identifiers, no browsing history. We do not sell or share your data with dealers, insurers, lenders, or any third party. Nothing sponsored means exactly that.

How your data is used

Answers power your car recommendations on your device. Purchase status unlocks premium features. News headlines and car photos are fetched from public sources (Google News, Wikimedia Commons) without sending them anything about you.

Where it lives

Your answers and settings are stored on your device. If you create an account, your shortlist syncs to servers hosted on India-compliant infrastructure, encrypted in transit.

Payments

In the apps, subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. On the website, payments are processed by Razorpay. In every case we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details.

Your rights (DPDP Act, 2023)

View everything we hold from within the app, correct any answer at any time, and delete your account and all data from Profile at any moment. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Children

Pick My Ride is not directed at children under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will tell you before the change applies.
